Disclosure Text on Processing of Personal Data

Within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law"), your personal data will be processed by Ünsallar Otelcilik Turizm İnşaat Limited Şirketi ("Real Car Rental") as the Data Controller within the scope of car rental offers and contracts, in accordance with the law and the rules of honesty, within the framework explained below.

1. Purpose and Legal Reason for Processing of Personal Data:

Your personal data may be processed in accordance with the basic principles and data processing conditions regulated in the Law, by taking all kinds of data security measures and in line with the personal data processing purposes and legal reasons detailed below.
Personal data processed for the purposes of performing vehicle rental, order and reservation transactions, processing cancellation requests, performing risk assessment, determining rental conditions and fees, performing billing activities, creating appointments, making offers, performing vehicle maintenance services, providing HGS, providing vehicle rental insurance, accident and damage management and additional services upon your request, providing towing and roadside assistance in case of breakdown and accident, and performing after-sales support services; Based on the condition that the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to the contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment and performance of the contract in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 2, subparagraph (c) of the Law;

Personal data processed for the purposes of reporting to authorized institutions for the performance of obligations arising from laws and relevant legislation, fulfilling information and document provision obligations, performing identity verification, and recording communication; Based on the condition that data processing is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations in accordance with subparagraph (ç) of paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law;

Personal data processed for the purposes of exercising recourse rights, collecting fees for services provided, making refunds, assessing compensation, receiving requests and complaints, and keeping records that may constitute evidence in disputes for the periods specified in the legislation; Based on the condition that data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right in accordance with subparagraph (e) of paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law;

Personal data processed for the purposes of ensuring the security of company operations and vehicles, making vehicle malfunction notifications, recording vehicle deliveries and returns, conducting customer financial risk assessment, planning and executing customer relations management processes, following up and executing legal affairs, conducting information security and audit processes, planning and executing customer satisfaction activities; Pursuant to subparagraph (f) of paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Law; provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person are not violated, based on the condition that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller;

Your personal data processed by our company and authorized dealers for the purpose of offering our company's products and services, sending promotional and marketing commercial electronic messages through SMS, telephone, automatic call machines, electronic mail and similar communication channels; based on the condition of "explicit consent" within the scope of paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Law;

Your health data (personal data of special nature) processed for the purpose of providing after-sales support services in the event that you are involved in an accident resulting in bodily harm; based on the condition of "explicit consent" within the scope of paragraph 2 of Article 6 of the Law;
It may be processed.

2. Collection Method of Personal Data:

Your personal data is obtained in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic media, in order to provide the products and services we offer as the Company within the determined legal framework in line with the purposes stated above and to fulfill our Company's responsibilities arising from the contract and the law completely and correctly. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles (1) and (2) of this text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

3. Transfer of Personal Data:

For the purposes specified above, your personal data may be transferred to supervisory and regulatory authorities and relevant public institutions, professional organizations and similar organizations, and persons or organizations permitted by the provisions of the legislation, shareholders, community companies and affiliates, rental offices, damage repair centers, insurance companies, persons and organizations from which services are received and cooperated in order to carry out the activities subject to the purposes specified in the legislation, and support service providers to the extent permitted by the legislation.

You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which “regulates the rights of the relevant person”, to our company in writing at [email protected] or Kesikkapı Mahallesi Atatürk Caddesi No:136 Fethiye/Muğla, 48300 in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
